The Opportunity
This is not your typical "desk-bound" finance internship. As a Supply Chain Finance Intern, you will bridge the gap between financial data and physical operations. You will see how a global factory manages its assets, learn how to automate financial reporting, and get direct mentorship from senior leaders.
What You Will Do:
-
Asset Management & Compliance: You will get hands-on experience in Fixed Asset Verification, ensuring our physical assets match our financial records. You will also assist in maintaining the asset master list and ensuring full compliance with global financial policies.
-
Digitalization & Automation: Help us modernize! You will assist in the preparation and automation of monthly finance reports, using tools like Google Sheets to streamline data for faster decision-making.
-
Audit & Control: Gain exposure to real-world corporate governance by assisting with Internal Audit preparation, providing observations, and recommending improvements to internal controls.
-
Process Excellence: You will help document critical process flows (Standard Operating Business Procedures - SOBPs) to ensure our finance operations run smoothly and consistently.
-
Cross-Functional Exposure: You won't just be in a silo. You will help facilitate Finance Workshops, shadow Managers in high-level cross-functional meetings, and document key strategic discussions.
Who You Are:
-
A Tech-Savvy Analyst: You are comfortable with data. You know your way around Google Sheets/Excel, and you are excited about using technology (like Google Forms or basic automation) to make work easier.
-
Detail-Oriented: Whether it’s verifying an asset number or formatting a report, you take pride in accuracy.
-
Curious & Adaptable: You are eager to learn how a manufacturing business works and are ready to adapt to new challenges every day.
Key Requirements:
-
Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Language: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
-
Tech Skills: Skilled in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Forms). Knowledge of macros or visualization tools is a bonus!
-
Soft Skills: A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
