Deine Aufgaben und umfassenden Einblicke

(Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem operativen Recruiting. Du arbeitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Talent Acquisition & Learning Business Partner): 

  • Recruiting von A-Z: Eigenständige Verantwortung bzw. Steuerung des gesamtes Auswahlprozesses unserer Nachwuchskräfte (Werkstudenten, Praktikanten und Trainees) inkl. Stellenausschreibungen, Screening von Bewerbungen sowie Interviewführung 

  • Bewerbermanagement: Du bist die Schnittstelle zu unseren Bewerbern, koordinierst Interviews, kommunizierst proaktiv (z.B. Einladungen, Angebote, Absagen) und übernimmst die Nachbereitung der Gespräche

  • Administration & operative Unterstützung: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von personalrelevanten Dokumenten (z.B. Verträgen, Betriebsratsanhörungen), begleitest den HR-Onboarding-Prozess und unterstützt das HR-Team tatkräftig im Tagesgeschäft

  • Employer Branding & Hochschulmarketing: Du unterstützt dabei Talente über soziale Netzwerke wie z.B. LinkedIn oder Indeed zu identifizieren und begleitest Employer Branding Maßnahmen, u.a. durch die Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Karrieremessen oder Gast-Vorlesungen an Universitäten

  • Learning & Development: Du wirkst bei der Planung und Koordination von Workshops oder Trainings mit

 

Dein Profil – Das bringst du neben Motivation idealerweise mit:

  • Du bist noch mind. ein Jahr immatrikuliert (idealerweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Psychologie)

  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen und Recruiting sammeln, z.B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten

  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) oder vergleichbaren Tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und vor allem proaktive Arbeitsweise aus

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, ein echter Teamplayer, arbeitest gerne cross-funktional und behältst Prioritäten und Deadlines im Blick

  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gehst strukturiert auf komplexe Sachverhalte zu 

  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
