Job Purpose
As part of a broad cross-functional team, the Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the Brand Team in the development and execution of the Softeners & Cleaners brand plans related to the innovation & digital strategy, to help achieve the brands' short and long term business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Brand marketing / Innovation support (50%)

Perform market trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, competitive analysis, market share analysis

Develop data-driven, consumer-centric new concepts recommendations

Coordinate Internal & External Engagement support to Brand teams and Hubs, assisting in trade stories development & support plans

Lead the trade samples process of all innovation initiatives
Digitally Accelerate Brand Strategies (50%)

Bring to life the brand digital strategy by leading the e-commerce content development for innovation, incl SEO, ecom toolkit, A+ for amazon.

Assess the brand websites’ website performance and lead their maintenance. Brief & coordinate the creative agencies and oversee the localization with hubs.
Key Competencies

Passionate, motivated university student who has completed the Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business/Economics

Fluent in English, other European languages would be a plus

Team work spirit, curiosity, energy and positive attitude. Flexibility to adapt and to manage ambiguity.

Creative thinking, highly organized, with ability to work across cultures and in remote teams.

Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross cultural teams

Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned

Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets, good analytical skills

Good working understanding of key marketing concepts

Self-starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently

Knowledge of Google suite and Microsoft Office products is required

A previous experience in a marketing function will be considered a plus
