Jr Innovation Execution Excellence Specialist (F/M)
Salary Range: 7 700 - 10 00 PLN gross monthly
Are you precise, organized, and do you thrive when managing complex processes? We are looking for a Jr Innovation Execution Excellence Specialist to act as the technical backbone of our innovation pipeline in the CEE region. You will manage the daily commercialization of new products and packaging, coordinating across teams to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time. By handling these critical operational details, you play a key role in turning brand strategy into market results.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end innovation and renovation launches, owning the critical path from product lock to shelf, ensuring every deadline is met.

Oversee commercialization workflows, including artwork and regulatory compliance, ensuring absolute precision in all packaging details.

Act as the bridge between Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, and Marketing, proactively following up with teams to drive progress and unblock critical tasks.

Support portfolio simplification by executing the "1 in 1 out" strategy, managing new SKU creation, and handling country-specific product pairings.

Coordinate the production and delivery of trade tools, manage purchase orders, and track e-commerce content, ensuring all operational requirements are met on time.
REQUIREMENTS:

University degree
- At least 1 year experience in a role required operational discipline, accuracy and multitasking
- Reliability and collaboration skills

Proactive "follow-up" mindset
- Team player, open to feedback and giving their own opinion

Quick adaptation to new systems

Practical knowledge of Google Tools will be an asset

Very good command of English (written and spoken)

Salary Range: 7 700 - 10 00 PLN gross monthly
The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.
Employees will also be eligible to theannual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.
The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
