Your responsibilities:
- Support the Retail Marketing team in developing and executing in-store marketing activities and promotional campaigns
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of brand visibility initiatives in retail environments
- Assist in planning and coordinating product launches and shopper engagement programs at the point of sale
- Collect and analyze data on shopper behavior, competitive activities, and marketing campaign performance—prepare reports and offer actionable recommendations
- Cooperate cross-functionally with Customer Development, Supply Chain, Consumer Marketing, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects
- Assist in the preparation of in-store materials such as POS displays, leaflets, and digital content for retail partners
- Provide day-to-day support to the Retail Marketing team on various ongoing projects and regular administrative tasks
Our requirements:
- University degree (preferred in marketing, management, business, or related areas)
- Good understanding of marketing principles and retail business acquired through studies, previous internships, or related experiences
- High analytical skills to interpret data, assess campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements based on insights
- Very good command of English (verbal and written) to work efficiently in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners; ability to ask the right questions and present your ideas clearly
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to handle data and support presentations
- Independent, creative, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges
