 Your responsibilities:

  • Support management of our local brand marketing activities for a selected group of products in our portfolio

  • Contribute to its strategy and innovation pipeline development

  • Contact with agencies to prepare marketing materials and creative projects 

  • Support developing shopper marketing programs

  • Participation in product artwork development process

  • Collect and analyze market, media and finance data, prepare reports and suggestions for actions

  • Cooperate closely  with Retail teams across CEE markets

  • Cross-functional contacts with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Research & Development and Regulatory Departments to manage ongoing and future projects

  • Day-to-day support to Regional Marketing team in brand management tasks

  • Translation/preparation of materials in English and Polish

 

Our requirements:

  • University degree (preferred Marketing, Economy or related)

  • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes coming from studies or previous internships or experiences

  • Very good command of English (verbal and written) to connect with colleagues from various locations

  • Excellent communication skills to manage numerous contacts both inside and outside the company, ask questions,  give straight and open opinions or push Your agenda

  • High analytical skills to be able to look at data, compare results and suggest solutions based on Your findings

  • Advanced MS Office knowledge including managing larger amount of data in MS Excel

  • Independent, willing to learn from the team and willing to take on challenges
