 Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting Category Management projects by applying CatMan principles to drive incremental category growth
  • Support Growth Planning Solution monthly discipline process
  • Supporting Customer Engagement process
  • Using the latest information systems and business analytical tools (NIQ, GfK, Customer data) to support decision-making processes 
  • Updating products database for all Colgate-Palmolive categories
  • Supporting Customer Presentations
  • Updating Merchandising materials
  • Managing POS database

 

Our requirements:

  • University degree (preferred commercial, economical or related area)
  • Good understanding of sales and customer relations processes coming from studies or previous internships or experiences
  • High analytical skills to be able to look at data, compare results and suggest solutions based on Your findings
  • Very good command of English (verbal and written) to connect with colleagues from various locations
  • Excellent communication skills to manage numerous contacts both inside and outside the company, ask questions,  give straight and open opinions or push Your agenda
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge including managing larger amount of data in MS Excel
  • Independent, willing to learn from the team and willing to take on challenges
