Data Measurement, CCX & PCX Manager (F/M)

Salary range: 13 400 - 17 400 gross monthly

We are looking for a data-driven Data Measurement, Consumer & Professional Experience Manager to join our CEE Hub team in Warsaw. If you are passionate about CRM strategies, turning data into actionable insights, and creating personalized experiences that truly matter, this role is for you. Join us to build our CRM roadmap, optimize our marketing impact, and help us lead the way in digital transformation across the CEE region. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain high-quality, accurate, and secure databases for both consumer and dental professional segments, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

  • Design and execute personalized, high-performing email campaigns that drive consumer engagement.

  • Define the CRM roadmap for Poland and lead the scalability of successful initiatives across the CEE region.

  • Analyze campaign performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to improve future results.

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent, impactful brand messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and CRM innovations to ensure our practices remain best-in-class.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Turning performance metrics and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Thinking creatively to find smart solutions that improve the consumer experience.

  • Aligning internal teams and agencies to execute seamless CRM campaigns.

  • Keeping projects organized so everyday operations run smoothly.

  • Being a true team player who builds strong relationships and helps everyone succeed together.

 

Education & Qualifications:

  • University degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, Business, Communication, or a related field.

  • At least 3+ years of experience in CRM or Marketing (agency or client side) 

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar) and proficiency in analytical tools like: Google Analytics, DV360, and Facebook Business Manager.

  • Fluent English is a must; knowledge of Polish is a strong asset as you’ll be driving the CRM strategy and creating localized content for the Polish market.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary Range: 13 400 - 17 400 PLN gross monthly 

 

The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.

Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance. 

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
