CRM Manager Consumer & POC (CEE)

Your task will be to develop a roadmap to accelerate and advance CRM programs for Oral Care brands primarily in Poland, but at a later stage also for CEE markets, focusing both on consumer & dental professionals - define strategy, approach, methodologies, frameworks and tools in cooperation with EU Data & CRM Manager.

12 month contract


Job Summary / Accountabilities:

  • Growing quality first party data database, both consumer & professional one, managing acquisition campaigns, collaborating with both CRM and media/social agencies as well as third party vendors to offer consumers value exchanges  
  • Ensuring our database is organized and data is segmented to clear audience groups that can be leveraged in improving media efficiency. 
  • Required to produce dynamic, aesthetically pleasing newsletters in addition to generating tailored reports.
  • Responsible for designing and deploying email marketing campaigns, creating HTML email templates, monitoring email quality, testing templates and emails to ensure that they are compatible across different email clients
  • Developing targeting strategies to deliver personalized consumer experiences
  • Measuring results, identify trends and build ongoing recommendations to improve performance
  • Presenting and interpreting campaign results to the broader marketing team
  • Working with internal teams such as Consumer & POC Marketing, Digital/eCommerce Marketing and Media to deliver an aligned customer experience. 
  • Developing a CRM roadmap for other CEE markets.
  • Benchmarking competition to offer up recommendations on best-in-class CRM practices.

                
Qualifications & Personal Skills

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role either in Agency and/or Client side
  • Experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms 
  • Data driven with an ability to draw insights to constantly optimize future campaigns
  • Understanding consumer lifecycle and how to influence consumer behavior through multi channel CRM campaigns
  • Experience in segmentation, targeting and personalisation at scale (Google Analytics, DV360, Facebook Business Manager)
  • Strong project management and commercial skills 
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in English
