Role Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical, tech-savvy Transportation Analyst who is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Cost Management (Outbound & Intercompany): Control, audit, and analyze all freight costs related to customer deliveries and transfers between manufacturing plants and DCs.

  • Savings Culture & Projects: Identify network optimization opportunities and lead strategic projects aimed at generating financial efficiencies (savings).

  • Artificial Intelligence & Automation: Implement and utilize AI and Machine Learning tools to control the freight cost budget, pricing intelligence, and automating repetitive reporting/auditing tasks.

  • Analytics & Dashboards: Build and maintain robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), transforming raw data into actionable insights.

  • Strategic Stakeholder Interface: Partner directly with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to ensure budget accuracy (Budget vs. Actual).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.

  • Analytical Mindset: Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (Google Tools, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Tech-Driven: Experience or strong familiarity with incorporating AI into daily workflows (e.g., leveraging LLMs for task automation, Python/R for predictive analytics, or AI-powered logistics software).

  • Project Management: Experience Delivering cost-saving initiatives.

  • Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of programming languages tailored for data analysis (Python and SQL).

  • Proven experience in freight cost management and transportation logistics (FTL and LTL).
  • Experience implementing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) integrated with AI modules.

  • Professional proficiency in English (for global communication or reporting).
