Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

Owning the intersection of data, creativity, and brand growth, you will be the strategic mind that maximizes the return on our marketing investments. You will lead the charge in transforming our marketing measurement from a historical report card into a predictive engine that guides strategic planning and in-market execution. You will empower our marketing teams to make smarter, faster, and more effective decisions through advanced analytics fused with a deep understanding of brand building. This role is based in our BGC, Taguig office.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Lead marketing ROI strategy. Own the end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) process and other ROI analyses to guide strategic investment allocation across brands, media, and marketing levers.

  • Champion creative effectiveness. Establish and lead a data-driven creative excellence program, utilizing pre-testing and in-market analytics to improve the performance of our advertising content.

  • Drive holistic brand and media analytics. Integrate brand health tracking, campaign performance data, and digital analytics to provide a comprehensive view of marketing impact and brand momentum.

  • Pioneer predictive performance measurement. Leverage AI and advanced modeling to build predictive tools that forecast campaign outcomes and enable real-time optimization of media and creative.

  • Serve as a strategic marketing advisor. Act as the primary analytical partner to Brand and IMC teams, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that shape campaign strategy and execution.

 

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or marketing effectiveness, either client-side or at a media/analytics agency.

  • Direct, hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and a strong understanding of brand equity tracking and creative/ad testing methodologies.

  • Proven experience using data to influence marketing strategy, budget allocation, and creative development.

 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.

  • Experience with advanced analytical software or languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and familiarity with AI applications in marketing.

  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel, including the nuances of digital media performance and attribution.

  • A unique ability to bridge the gap between quantitative analysts and creative marketers, fostering a culture of data-driven creativity.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex analytical topics into compelling stories for a non-technical audience.
