Synchronization Export Planner
Location: Anchieta, São Bernardo do Campo
Job Summary
The Synchronization Export Planner acts as the central bridge between our manufacturing plants and our global markets. The primary goal is to seamlessly synchronize what other countries need with what our factories produce. By coordinating directly with the Supply Chain receiving the goods and the factories making them, this role ensures that products flow smoothly across the global supply chain while hitting our key performance targets (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- The planner is responsible for balancing demand and supply for export items within a category, Hub or Region/s, by performing the Daily and Weekly Supply Planning Cycles. Ensuring:

Product availability at Export Distribution Center or Manufacturing Plant.

Right inventory levels.

Synchronized execution of new product introductions and product transitions.

- Supply Plan Consolidation: Consolidate supply plans from receiving locations to share with production facilities, acting as the single point of contact for import sources
- Stakeholder Communication & Intermediary Role: Maintain close communication and act as the primary intermediary between supplying sources and Supply Chain Synchronization Planners and Leaders.
- Daily Supply-Demand Balancing: Make daily decisions to balance customer service against operational costs, always applying a "net corporate benefit" and “Fair Share” mentality utilizing the system functionalities.
- Uses system scenarios and alerts to identify and resolve potential supply issues.
- Execute "Best Practice" supply planning processes to contribute to maximizing customer service, minimizing cost, maximizing truck load utilization, and optimizing inventory.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with key stakeholders, including SCS Planners, Production Planners, and Transportation Planners, to drive shared KPIs like Truck Utilization % and Orders Automatically created by the system.
- Risk Escalation: Proactively identify and escalate risks during supply constraints, including determining when to trigger alerts for fully utilized production lines.
- Manage the synchronized execution of new product introductions, discontinuations, and product transitions.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement processes regarding finished goods replenishment, inventory management in export warehouses, and system utilization.
- Master Data & System Automation: Ensures all master data is set up and maintained correctly to maximize the number of orders automatically generated by the system (touchless orders).
- Logistics & Warehouse Management: Forecast container and truck usage for finished goods and packaging materials. Manage finished goods overflow returns (e.g., rebalancing stock between warehouses) and monitor warehouse utilization and sizing
- Materials Export Management: Oversee orders, forecasts, and dispatch for material exports, ensuring strict alignment across plant, logistics, and quality teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in supply planning
- Advanced English
- Strong technical knowledge and ideally experience with SAP/Kinaxis tools
