Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary

Based in Mexico City, Mexico, you will lead our Latin America Business Services Procurement team to shape and execute high-impact sourcing strategies across the region. Reporting directly to the Regional Procurement Director, you will manage a talented, multi-country team overseeing critical spend segments, including Travel, Fleet, Consulting, and Legal. In this role, you will maximize financial value and business growth by seamlessly aligning local initiatives with our overarching Global Procurement priorities. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive regional digital transformation and category excellence within a highly collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-country procurement team operating across Latin America.
  • Direct the end-to-end creation and execution of regional category strategies, high-value negotiations, and contract management for professional services.
  • Champion procurement process diligence, ensuring flawless compliance with global finance policies, legal standards, and government regulations.
  • Build and sustain robust, collaborative relationships with Subsidiary Leadership, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to maximize organizational visibility and value.
  • Drive regional risk management, continuous improvement plans, and Supplier Relationship Management programs to foster supplier innovation.

Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, or Professional Services functions.
  • Proven experience directly managing regional or multi-country teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise procurement software and digital data analytics tools.
  • Advanced English level.
