Position Title: Integrated Media Manager - South ASEAN Hub

Reports to: Impactful Brand Experience Director, South ASEAN Hub

Job Summary:
As the Integrated Media Manager for the South ASEAN Hub (SAH), you will be the strategic architect and driving force behind our media investments across the hub. You will lead omnichannel media strategy and execution across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia for Colgate-Palmolive’s iconic brands, pioneering the next generation of media by integrating AI capabilities into our ecosystem. Partnering closely with local brand teams, division stakeholders, agency, and media partners, you will translate business priorities into high-impact media plans that deliver brand growth. This role requires a blend of cross-channel media leadership (ATL, Digital, and Social), robust agency governance, and deep expertise in embedding modern connection frameworks into the consumer journey.
What you will do:

Lead Hub Integrated Media Strategy: Architect and execute omnichannel media plans across SAH markets, embedding modern media thinking into planning. You will shape connection plans grounded in business objectives, mapping optimal channel mix across offline, digital, and social touchpoints to maximize brand equity and commercial outcomes.

Drive Next-Gen Media with AI: Lead the future of media at Colgate by integrating AI tools and technologies into our planning, execution, and performance tracking streams. You will pilot and scale AI-driven solutions to enhance audience targeting, creative asset variation, predictive media buying, and real-time campaign optimization.

Drive Social-First Marketing & Creator Ecosystems: Champion social marketing as a core growth lever. You will develop social-first strategies across key platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, YouTube, XHS), seamlessly integrating creators, influencers, community building, and social commerce where relevant.

Elevate Media Effectiveness, Efficiencies & Performance Optimization: Implement robust KPI frameworks, test-and-learn learning agendas, and performance optimization workflows. Partner closely with data and insight teams to track campaign effectiveness, analyze spend, and utilize dashboards to quantify business impact.

Govern Agency & Media Partnerships: Act as the primary lead for media agency partners and external media platform partners. Challenge and elevate agency thinking, negotiate media commitments, ensure compliance, and drive cost efficiencies and transparent value delivery across the hub.

Build Media Capability & Embed Guidelines: Partner with global and regional teams to institutionalize best practices, standardized reporting, standardized measurement frameworks, and media buying guidelines. Train and upskill local teams on emerging trends and platform dynamics to strengthen in-market execution.
Required qualifications, skills and experiences:

Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Possess 7+ years of experience in communications, media planning, or digital strategy. Experience gained within media/digital agencies, advertiser media teams, or media companies—ideally within the FMCG/CPG or Consumer Healthcare sectors—is highly preferred.

Proven expertise in the media ecosystem, with strong digital and social media foundations across regional platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, XHS) alongside a working knowledge of programmatic media, AdTech ecosystems, and traditional media (TV, OOH).

Familiarity or hands-on experience with emerging AI applications in media, marketing automation, or predictive analytics tools is a strong plus.

Self-starter who can work well both independently and collaboratively, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed regional environment across multi-level stakeholder groups.

Possess high agility and a deep understanding of media market dynamics across Southeast Asia, including regional audience behavior, media consumption trends, and investment optimization.

Highly proficient in written & verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin language capability as a strong added advantage to effectively communicate and collaborate within the diverse SAH landscape.

Strong articulation & presentation capabilities, with the strategic mindset to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and translate complex media performance into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
