As a Brand Manager for Dish, you are expected to be the total business owner. Every day is different, but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:

Work on a brand team, reporting to a Senior-level member of the group, where you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth for some of the world’s most iconic brands

Take charge of developing business and/or innovation strategies for key brand(s), identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them.

Effectively steward the P&L to achieve net sales and profitability goals.

Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities.

Partner with key agencies in developing high impact, integrated marketing campaigns or innovation concepts.

Develop and activate against people-centric insights, driven by a keen understanding of culture, customers and data synthesis.

Engage with the sales team to create captivating selling stories for retailers.

Run everyday operations, including budget management, forecasting plant volumes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
-
8+ years of commercial experience (finance, sales, marketing etc) with at least 3 of those years in Marketing/Innovation

Demonstrated creativity, curiosity and strategic thinking skills

Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
-
Results-oriented and strong ability to influence others

High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results
Preferred Qualifications
-
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or business related course
-
Proven experience in brand management including innovation, preferably in Consumer Goods Industry

Proven experience of implementing at least one business building initiative, e.g. new product launch, relaunch, cost savings, packaging change, promotional program.

Strong understanding of turning insights into innovation
-
Experience in short to mid term product development and execution
