Role Summary

Participate in the company’s month-end and year-end closing processes; Calculate Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL) from both tax and management perspectives; Prepare various reports and complete forms requested by Headquarters; Analyze and calculate IRPJ and CSLL (tax/NY); Prepare IRPJ/CSLL tax returns; Prepare and submit electronic files to tax authorities;Prepare responses, requests, and supporting documentation required by tax authorities; Monitor administrative proceedings in partnership with external law/accounting firms; Perform Transfer Pricing calculations.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the company’s accounting closing processes;
  • Prepare various reports and complete forms requested by Headquarters;
  • Analyze and calculate IRPJ and CSLL (tax/NY);
  • Prepare IRPJ/CSLL tax returns;
  • Prepare and transmit electronic files to tax authorities;
  • Prepare requests, responses, and documentation required by tax authorities;
  • Monitor administrative proceedings together with partner firms;
  • Perform Transfer Pricing calculations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Accounting or Administration;
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting and Taxation;
  • Solid experience in income tax;
  • Intermediate to advanced English.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Big Four firms preferred.
  • Knowledge in IA
