Role Summary
Sell the Company’s products according to a customer visit plan, carrying out planning activities with the objective of achieving the defined growth targets (quota) and developing customer potential, improving profitability (P&L). The candidate must stay up to date on pricing policies, inventory levels, and promotions, in order to have the information needed to support negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily customer visit activities, analyzing the needs of each account and striving to achieve sales quotas.
- Stay up to date on pricing policies, inventory, and promotions to ensure access to information that will support negotiations.
- Monitor changes and the launch of new products in order to understand all features and benefits of each product.
- Monitor competitor strategies and promotions, reporting them to management.
- Ensure solid execution of the 5Ps in medium-sized customers.
- Seek new opportunities to use trade funds, creating innovative actions that go beyond the standard flyer/promotional calendar.
- Fully develop the potential of customers and the territory.
- Train customer and store teams (campaigns, product launches, etc.).
- Keep the account reconciliation/current account updated monthly with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with strategic / developed clients (pure players).
- Advanced English.
- Proficiency with Google tools.
