Job Summary
Assemble reports, analyzes on execution at points of sale, distribution at launches;
How many materials were implemented
Main Responsibilities
Assistance to the management of the materials development process;
Maintain contact with suppliers, purchasing and other areas involved;
Carry out orders, negotiating dates and monitoring the delivery process as well as the status of projects;
Support in approving invoices, managing orders in the system and required approvals, as well as monitoring the budget;
Ensure the effective execution of materials in stores: responsible for guidance guides for implementing SOPs, monitoring implementations, ensuring that products displayed on displays comply with the execution rule signaled for the respective quarter, maintaining contact with coordinators and supervisors of merchandising;
Collaborate with creative solutions to meet the needs of each retail environment and give visibility to brands;
Responsible for the materials distribution process.
Requirements
Students of Administration, Marketing, Advertising, International Relations or related areas;
Minimum training scheduled for Dec/2026; Study at night;
Availability to intern from 9 am to 4 pm in the Vila Mariana region;
Knowledge of Google Tools or Office Package
