Job Summary:
Support the team with the organization of internal and external events and trainings.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communication and planning of the organization's events and trainings;
- Conduct the execution process with event agencies, preparing briefings with the required demands and logistic plans;
- Manage training materials and training sessions, annual training calendar, and venue reservations;
- Work well with suppliers and clients;
- Performance in the execution of events;
- Planning of contests for events with clients;
- Alignment and teamwork with Sales and Marketing departments;
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.
Requirements:
- College degree - Administrative area, Advertising, or related
- Experience in communication
- Proficiency in data manipulation: SQL, Access
- Proficiency in MS Office / G-suite
Desirable:
- Experience in planning, organizing, and managing events
- Experience in project management
- Intermediate English
