Job Summary:
Within the context of the ecommerce Retail Environment, the intern will participate in all of the company's quarterly planning cycles, such as pre and commercial meetings, definition of volumes for promogrid, product launch gates, construction of Business Guides and pipeline reviews. It will also assist in the creation of action plans based on diagnoses focused on market share for category growth or reversing negative trends. Furthermore, it will help to build and develop processes that guarantee clear communication and execution of the strategy within ecommerce and among other areas such as Retail Media, IBE and Marketing.  The intern will be immersed in the context of ecommerce, which can be quite different from other more consolidated channels within the company, therefore it is necessary to have a clear understanding that the journey will be non-linear, with constant changes of route, and that adaptability is fundamental to success.


Job Description:
Monitoring and updating market share data.
Assist in creating results presentations.
Updating monitoring reports such as launches and promogrid.
Update of support spreadsheets for other areas, such as eMedia portfolio.
Participate in the development of strategies to boost market share and channel sales.
Participate in the company's quarterly alignment cycles, such as preparing the BG and commercial meetings, assisting with analysis and information.


Requirements:
Students of Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Engineering or related areas;
Training from Jun/2026;
Study at night;
Availability to intern from 9am to 4pm in the Vila Mariana region;
Intermediate Excel;
Good knowledge of Power Point;
Intermediate English
