Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para estagear em CRM (Customer Relationship Management) que seja talentosa e motivada.  Seu dia a dia será em estreita colaboração com uma agência parceira, auxiliando no desenvolvimento e na execução de estratégias de CRM com o objetivo de melhorar a experiência do cliente e otimizar o relacionamento com os consumidores, através do disparo de comunicações de E-mails, SMS e WhatsApp.

Job description:

  • Criação de Briefings: Colaborar na criação de briefings detalhados para orientar a agência parceira nas tarefas de análise de dados, segmentação de clientes e disparo de campanhas;

  • Inovação: Contribuir com ideias criativas para campanhas de CRM, trazendo novas perspectivas e sugestões que possam aumentar a eficácia e o engajamento dos consumidores;
    Parcerias com Marcas: Trabalhar em parceria com diferentes marcas da Colgate-Palmolive para compreender oportunidades específicas e participar ativamente da construção do calendário anual de disparos de CRM;

  • Revisão e Aprovação: Revisar e aprovar materiais e campanhas entregues pela agência parceira, compartilhando com as marcas envolvidas, trazendo feedbacks e garantindo que estejam alinhados com os objetivos e estratégias da Colgate-Palmolive;

  • Monitoramento de Campanhas: Acompanhar o desempenho das campanhas de CRM, ajudando na coleta de feedback e na identificação de áreas de melhoria;

  • Comunicação e Acompanhamento: Facilitar a comunicação entre a Colgate-Palmolive e a agência parceira para assegurar a clareza de expectativas e a conformidade com os prazos estabelecidos;

  • Documentação: Manter registros detalhados das interações, tanto de reuniões como de campanhas e dos resultados obtidos para fins de relatório e análise futura.

 

Requisitos

  • Cursando Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração, Marketing  ou áreas relacionadas;

  • Excel básico;

  • PPT Intermediário/Avançado;

  • Inglês Intermediário;

  • Conhecimento de ferramentas Google básico (Gmail, Agenda, Sheets).
