Estagiário(a) de Marketing – Electric Toothbrush


Principais responsabilidades:
• Atualizar e acompanhar os KPIs de Mercado métricas estratégicas que medem o
progresso de uma empresa (Participação de Mercado/SOM, Sell-out, Preço e Distribuição)
• Monitorar KPIs Internos (Volume de Sell-in, MIX, Evolução de Lançamentos e preço) garantindo
alinhamento comercial;
• Ser voz ativa e colaborativa nos fóruns de mídia considerando otimizações entre os touchpoints
(Retail Media, Social…)
• Integrar necessidades do consumidor e do profissional (insights clínicos, barreiras de adoção,
educação) no desenvolvimento de campanhas locais e geração de demanda;
• Elaborar briefings para agências e parceiros (shopper, digital,), acompanhando entregas para
garantir qualidade e prazos;
• Liderança de projetos cross-funcionais e relacionamento com Comercial e profissionais,
impulsionando geração de demanda, recomendação e execução de excelência por canal;
• Gestão e controle do orçamento da marca, garantindo pontualidade no pagamento das despesas
da marca;


Requisitos:
• Cursando Administração, Marketing, Engenharia (Produção, Elétrica/Mecânica com viés de
produto) - Mínimo de 1 ano e 6 meses de estágio.
• Forte domínio de análise de dados e ferramentas (NielsenIQ, Power BI/Excel Avançado,
Ferramentas Google)
• Comunicação influente, storytelling com dados e pensamento analítico
• Perfil organizado & colaborativo - para lidar com diferentes níveis de demanda e suporte ao time;
• Inglês avançado ou fluente.

• Interação com canal Profissional (dentistas, KOLs, programas de recomendação)
• Experiências com projetos no ecommerce, estratégias comerciais Omnicanal
