Summary of Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic professional to work in Order to Invoice, ensuring the operational excellence of our processes.


 

Responsibilities

  • Order Book Management: Monitor and critically analyze the order book, ensuring accurate delivery deadlines and maintaining service level targets.
  • Global Meeting Support: Strategically prepare presentations and provide support in leading meetings with global teams.
  • Master Data & Quota Coordination: Coordinate and align master data, quotas, and key dates with related departments, mitigating operational risks and ensuring data integrity.
  • Interface with Demand Planning: Collaborate directly with the Demand Planning team to manage sales openings and item discontinuations.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Oversee audit reporting to ensure process traceability, document compliance, and operational transparency.

 

Competencies

  • Data Management & Organization: Ability to structure, organize, and maintain databases rigorously, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and easy access to strategic departmental information.
  • Adaptability to Routine: Personal discipline to manage recurring workflows while maintaining a high standard of quality, consistency, and attention to detail in daily deliverables.
  • Automation Mindset: Proactive attitude and a critical eye focused on continuous improvement, with strong interest and capability to identify operational bottlenecks and automate repetitive daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree complete
  • English Proficiency: Advanced written and verbal communication skills for daily interaction, allowing seamless transitions during global team meetings.
  • Experience: Solid background in order book management and critical analysis

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP / Google Workspace Tools: Desirable
