The HR Analyst – People Training, Development and Capability will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and administration of training and development programs within the company. This position involves the management of training schedules, support of competency matrices, monitoring of training, logistical support and development of HR capabilities and procedures. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for reviewing and building HR procedures and indicators, in addition to supporting programs advised by the People Capability Committee.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute and administer training and development programs;

  • Organize and maintain an updated training calendar through a digital platform for various areas, especially Supply Chain;

  • Accompany and analyze the matrix of skills and training, as well as assist in the development of training strategies for frontline workers;

  • Monitor the resources intended for training, ensuring compliance with the financial program;

  • Identify and assist in the implementation of learning solutions, promoting a learning culture;

  • Lead the Young Apprentice program for Supply Chain.


 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, or related areas.

  • Knowledge in Google Sheets Intermediary.

  • Experience in functions related to training management, development and people capacity.

  • Intermediate English (Written and spoken)

  • Knowledge in learning management systems (LMS) and MindSpark.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

 

Skills:

  • Proactive and ability to solve problems.

  • Familiarity with training methodologies, competency development and review of HR procedures.

  • Analysis of data, budget and performance indicators.

  • Flexibility to deal with different projects and simultaneous demands.
