Role Summary

As a Customer Services & Collaboration Analyst you will be the strategic bridge between our customers and our internal supply chain. Sitting within the Customer Development Team, you will actively engage with clients to build collaborative, win-win relationships that optimize the entire logistics chain. You will partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, the Distribution Center, and Sales to sync supply and demand, leveraging customer data to eliminate inefficiencies and drive operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement Strategy: Build and own the customer segmentation, cost-to-serve analysis, and joint growth strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehouses, Global Business Services, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and service compliance.

  • Data-Driven Demand Planning: Integrate external customer inventory and sales data into the business planning process to strengthen demand and supply synchronization.

  • Logistics & Efficiency Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value-generating solutions, including order profile optimization and direct dispatch initiatives.

  • Performance & KPI Management: Ensure strict compliance with key metrics, including Complete Deliveries, On-Time Deliveries, and On-Shelf Availability (OSA).

  • Strategic Client Engagement: Coordinate executive visits and strategic meetings with top customers, using standardized scorecards to review collaborative projects and performance.

  • Innovation & Digital Tools: Identify and implement New Ways of Working and digital tools to accelerate decision-making, anticipate market opportunities, and support strategic growth programs.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English proficiency (Verbal and written)
  • Strong Google Suite

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Previuos experience managing SAP
  • Experience in process mapping/optimization and the strategic utilization of AI or advanced analytical tools within a supply chain environment
