About The Role 

Translate the client's business plan to a perfect execution at the point of sale, to attract our buyers and win the purchase on the shelf, in every shopping environment. Lead the implementation of all activities at the point of sale and be the contact in the country in the strategic planning and execution of Instore.

 

Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the correct implementation of point of sale strategies associated with 5P (Visibility, POP) by promoters and merchants. 

2. Coordinate locally with SDM and BDM the amounts to be requested of POP for the country; monitor the transit process and ensure the arrival of POP material in time to the country. 

3. Carry out the planning, coordination, implementation and efficient tracking of POP material and exhibitors, in each of the purchasing environments, with prior alignment of the SDM and BDM. 

4. Lead communication with the Agency associated with issues of promoters and merchandising. 

5. Support locally the optimization processes of the call Value of merchants in the country, aligned with Instore Expert and Instore Coordinator. 

6. Manage POP storage spaces, seeking efficiencies and optimizing spending 

7. Lead the execution -through the agency- in WM stores that work with the Efficient Promoter system * to ensure CP strategies and compliance with the KPIs agreed with the client. (* Countries in which it applies). 

8. Train the team of merchants aligned to regional programs.  

9. Develop and modify the guidelines for implementation according to the needs of the country. 

10. Monitor in stores the implementation of CP strategies and the activity of the competition / good practices of other commercial houses.

 

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, advertising, marketing or related fields.
  • 1 year of experience related to commercial areas
  • Fluent English 
  • Experience in negotiation 
  • Persuasion and management of positive relationships in the commercial environment.
  • Excel/Google Suite proficiency
  • Active driver's license
