About the Role

Are you a proactive engineer who loves seeing projects come to life from blueprint to execution? As our new Project Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our capital projects. You won't just manage timelines; you will design layouts, select cutting-edge equipment, and lead contractors to elevate our factory's performance and reliability. If you are ready to own high-impact projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we want you on our team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Evaluate, design, and implement capital projects from initial scope and CAD layouts to final validation and asset tracking.

  • Technical Execution: Generate technical specifications, manage equipment procurement, and oversee on-site construction and installation.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly with internal support teams (Quality, Safety, Finance, and Procurement) to keep projects on track and compliant.

  • Contractor & Site Supervision: Manage third-party contractors, ensuring all fieldwork meets strict quality, budget, and safety standards.

  • Commissioning & Validation: Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), coordinate team training, and deliver complete project validation documentation.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).

  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in project engineering roles.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing mechanics/electronics, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) standards.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of installing and commissioning filling lines or automated packaging systems.

  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills— ability to influence teams and align contractors.
