  • Quality & Performance Planning: Define the master test plans and validation protocols to guarantee that new packaging materials comply with all functional, performance, and regulatory standards.

  • Industrial Execution & Support: Supervise the First Production Run at an industrial scale for all new products. Provide expert technical service to resolve material issues and quality deviations across manufacturing lines.

  • Supplier Development: Partner with Procurement to evaluate, select, and develop reliable suppliers, providing technical direction for highly complex materials.

  • Change Management & Documentation: Evaluate, cost, and thoroughly document any modifications affecting development timelines or technical product data.

  • Team Leadership & Automation: Direct the Packaging Data Specialists team, identifying tools and training needs to automate manual reporting, technology transfers, and quality workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or a highly related field.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in product development, packaging engineering, or related fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of packaging materials combined with data management skills and experience using digital analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mastery of printing/decoration techniques, material testing methods, and industrial design principles.

  • Experience in project management, basic statistics, data analysis, financial evaluation of projects, and core marketing concepts.

  • High proficiency in advanced systems and platforms related to packaging data management.
