About the Role

Are you a visionary energy specialist driven to build a cleaner, more efficient industrial future? As our Energy Continuous Improvement Leader, you will take full ownership of designing, executing, and scaling our permanent corporate energy-saving program across all Focus Factories. You will act as both a technical authority and a cultural catalyst—identifying high-impact opportunities in cogeneration and renewables, auditing plant operations, and training workforce teams to embed sustainability into daily production. If you are ready to combine engineering expertise, project leadership, and data analytics to drive bottom-line savings and carbon reduction, this role is your platform to lead real change!

Core Responsibilities

  • Program Implementation & Strategy: Develop, deploy, and maintain a permanent corporate energy-saving framework, ensuring full compliance with internal energy, environmental, and safety standards.

  • Project Execution & Engineering: Identify, evaluate, and lead execution for energy efficiency, cogeneration, and renewable energy projects across various Focus Factories.

  • Audits & Continuous Improvement: Conduct field inspections and technical audits to uncover optimization opportunities, tracking corrective action findings through to full closure.

  • KPIs & Performance Monitoring: Generate, analyze, and report key energy metrics and KPIs to continuously measure program effectiveness and financial savings.

  • Culture & Capability Building: Design internal communication campaigns and conduct hands-on training to foster an energy-conscious culture across plant operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a specialized field in energy management.

  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in energy conservation, industrial sustainability, or similar continuous improvement roles within manufacturing.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in cogeneration systems, renewable energy integration, and industrial energy auditing.

  • Hands-on experience supervising cross-functional technical teams and managing engineering project timelines.

  • Solid understanding of corporate energy, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., ISO 50001, EHS frameworks).

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience utilizing administrative systems and data tools to monitor plant performance metrics.

Our Commitment to Inclusion
Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives  to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging. We are dedicated to ensuring that each individual can be their authentic self, is treated with respect, and is empowered by leadership to contribute meaningfully to our business.
