Flexible Merchandising Contractor - Work Wed-Fri in Sydney's Northern Beaches & Surrounds!

We are looking for organised and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the Sydney's Northern Beaches and Surrounds area as a Casual Merchandiser/Sales Support Officer. This is a unique opportunity to represent iconic household brands with an ideal Wednesday to Friday schedule.

What You Will Do (The Day-to-Day):

As a Sales Support Officer, you will be the key link between Colgate-Palmolive and our major retail partners: Woolworths, Coles, K-mart, Big W and Chemist Warehouse stores within Sydney's Northern Beaches and surrounds. You will be responsible for:

  • Product Presentation: Merchandising our products, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, rotated, and positioned for optimal visibility.

  • Display & Promotions: Activating and assembling promotional displays (Point of Sale), ensuring they are compliant with national agreements and ticketing.

  • Shelf Management: Ensuring displays and product layouts are compliant with agreed planograms.

  • Feedback: Providing accurate and prompt feedback to the Head Office regarding activity and opportunities in your territory.

Key Requirements & What You'll Need:

  • Mobility: A valid Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle.

  • Physical Capability: The role requires you to be physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks. You will have the ability to lift and move stock in accordance with the job requirements.

  • Communication: Effective communication skills for building rapport with in-store contacts.

  • Organization: A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs independently.

  • Working Rights: Hold full, unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
