Role Summary: 
The Sales Executive drives top-line revenue, volume, and market share growth across an assigned account portfolio of Minimarts and National Accounts in Mexico City. Reporting to the Customer Development Manager, this role leads joint business planning, executes in-store strategies, and optimizes account P&L performance. You will build trusting relationships with self-service retailers to drive growth in key SOS and COE metrics across priority categories and ensure the Colgate portfolio achieves maximum visibility, proper offer signage, and the implementation of POP materials at the point of sale.


Responsibilities:

  •  Lead strategic account management and commercial relationships with key store decision-makers to maximize account P&L, sales volume, and market share targets.  
  • Execute customer business plans, promotional strategies, and space/planogram compliance to optimize product positioning and consumer conversion.  
  • Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to align demand planning, analyze order forecasts, and ensure on-time, complete delivery performance.  
  • Conduct structured business reviews using sales performance data to resolve operational issues and identify new growth opportunities.  
  • Gather competitor, category, and shopper insights from store visits to inform tactical adjustments with internal customer marketing teams.


Required Qualifications:

  • Concluded Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Active Driver’s License
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel/Google Sheets


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience within FMCG/CPG companies focused on Wholesale channels
  • Data analysis and Excel management capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for business productivity
