Job Function:
The Customer Development (CD) Analyst is a part of the Sales Team and plays an integral role in using a team approach across all functional areas. The purpose of this role is to develop profitable growth and to effectively support CDMs with managing business with customers. As our AI champion, the Sales Analyst will integrate AI-driven insights into our analytical workflows, driving ongoing operational efficiency while actively mentoring colleagues to elevate the team's AI literacy.
The Sales Analyst reports directly to the Group CDM. Assists in producing reports based on sell-in data, customer sell-out data (‘scan data’), and effectively interprets, presents this information to directly support our strategic decision-making processes and secure a competitive advantage for our company.
Manages price setting in SAP and Atlas, supports CDMs with presentation to customers and to senior management.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Analysing customer data and preparing visualisation for data driven decision making

Using POS (‘scan’) data in order to drive fact-based decision-making, improve promotional ROI and overall business performance for CP and the customer
Monthly tasks:
-
Preparing presentation for customer CD alignment meetings and customer meetings
-
Preparing closing comments table and month-end closing report
-
Monitor and set list prices in the system to make sure we have agreed prices in all internal systems and documents.

Refreshing the TPR form table with actual and upcoming SKUs

Updating PPG-level report
Quarterly and ad-hoc tasks:
-
Setting prices based on prepared price calculations for displays and other in-out products

Refreshing the margin calculation table with actual SKUs and costs
-
Preparing upcoming ad-hoc reports, presentations and analyses based on request
-
Regularly monitor competitor activity (promo price, promos)

Setting the annual contractual conditions in SAP and Atlas
-
Refreshing open rebate report.
Acting in accordance with “Competition Law”, “Rules of the Roads” and “Commercial Selling Principles”

Specific Requirements

Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing, data science, data visualization or statistics

Excellent computer skills

Practical knowledge of Google Tools (sheets, docs, slides…)

Good communication skills, in English and native language

Experience with AI usage will be an advantage

Experience in sales analysis is an advantage

Financial knowledge (experienced in statistical analyses, capable to interpret trends of sales) is an advantage

Strong analytical skills is an advantage

Salary Range: 591,667 - 766,667 HUF base gross monthly
The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.
Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.
The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
