The PHARMA RE Manager role at Colgate-Palmolive focuses on implementing omnichannel business plans for the Pharma channel, ensuring with CD Team an alignment with brand strategies and the "5Ps" to grow market share and build brand equity into the channel. This position involves extensive cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management, including Marketing, eCommerce, CS&L, Insights/Analytics and Finance in order to ensure flawless execution. The role reports to the Sr Mgr Retail Environment .
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Planning & Execution: Develop and monitor 5P plans (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion, POP, and Availability), coordinate promotional events, and manage product assortment to ensure correct portfolio for the Pharma channel compared to Mass Market. Ensure best in class implementation at store in coordination with CD team and maximize number of displays / visibility tools

Customer & Channel Engagement: Act as an omnichannel ambassador, supporting the Customer Development (CD) team in relationships with distributors and key stakeholders (Area Managers, Distributor Trade Marketing, Pharma chains, e-pharma, MH agency, etc.), including co-leading Pharma canvass meetings (ensuring Distributor receives innovation plans on time for correct execution, with an integrated omnichannel approach, online and offline).

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution, monitor market developments, and drive strategic alignment.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize Nielsen and customer data tools to track market share (SOM), identify opportunities, assess display initiatives, and conduct post-analysis to drive improvements and take corrective actions to win. Actively monitor & share news & developments of the Pharma channel, including what winning/competitive brands are doing

Partner with the Professional Oral Care/Medical Detailing teams to align pharmacy activation with HCP recommendation strategies and educational programs.

Localize and adapt global/regional brand toolkits (POS materials, in-store concepts, digital assets) to the specific needs of the Italian pharmacy channel.

Co-develop with Marketing targeted activation plans by pharmacy segment (chains, independents, e-pharma) based on shopper missions, store formats and professional role.

Lead in-store pilots and A/B tests (layouts, visibility tools, messaging) in pharmacies, measure impact, and scale winning concepts across distributors and chains.
Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management (or related field)

Languages: Fluent in English and Italian

Overall 3+ years experience in Pharma business in Category Management, Retail Marketing, or Consumer Marketing roles (ideally within an Italian team)

Technical & Analytical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Nielsen ScanTrack, data analysis, business & financial acumen, and leveraging shopper insights for commercial strategy

Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate win-win solutions, and align cross-functional priorities

Compensation and Benefits
Expected Gross Annual Salary Range: €48.500 ─ €56.500 gross per year
This position is offered under a permanent employment contract.
The role is governed by the applicable Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CCNL”) Chemical Industry, including the relevant job classification and economic provisions applicable to the position.
The initial compensation within the above range will be determined on the basis of objective, transparent and gender-neutral criteria, including professional experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, scope of responsibilities, role requirements, location, applicable CCNL classification and internal company policies.
Subject to role eligibility and applicable company policy, employees may also be eligible to participate in variable compensation programs tied to company and/or individual performance, including an annual target bonus opportunity.
Relocation Assistance
Relocation assistance may be considered for this role and it may include:

Short-term temporary housing for a limited period to support the transition to the new location; and

Reimbursement of reasonable relocation expenses, in line with internal relocation policies and applicable tax and social security rules.

Specific terms and conditions of any relocation package, including duration of temporary housing and reimbursable expenses, will be detailed in the relevant employment and/or relocation documentation.
