ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  The Product Sourcing Supervisor is in charge of managing the supply of products from Bangpakong to CP Subsidiaries across the globe both replenishment, transition or new product items

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing the supply from Bangpakong plant to CP Export Subsidies to meet their case fill targets both replenishment and New Product (including product transition)

  • Understand overall customer demand as well as production capability

  • Collaborate with related functions to ensure replenishment product is availability per customer requirement

  • Collaborate with related functions to develop NPD project timeline and leading the project to product availability and dispatch as per timeline

  • Closely contact and clearly communicate with customer about the issues related to the product supply from Bangpakong

  • Accountable for optimizing the finished goods inventories under own subcategories against targets 

  • Work closely with planners and customers follow agreed criteria .i.e. MOQ, Remained shelf-life also follows SLOB procedure, STH/PDT lead time.

  • Lead Master Data Maintenance via SAP MRP process, confirm those requirements. Amend / reflect/ update into system.

  • Accountable for adhering to Colgate-Palmolive, and governmental guidelines related to EOHS, Quality, Legal and Regulatory.

  • Compliance with APO, SAP process / system and ensure parameters for Material (Stock items) Resource Planning are reviewed and amended /refreshed to be accurate.

  • Participate and handle the special assigned projects or any initiatives to support business growth or process improvement.

  • To effectively manage Finished Goods (FG) export inventory with Production Planning (PP) and Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) at the budget number level

  • Collaborating with  divisions to budget volume effectively involves several key steps to ensure alignment

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MAJOR:  Master or Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, International Business or related field.  

EXPERIENCE:

  • Years of experience in production planner, supply network planner or related field.

  • Years of working in International Company

  • Years of FMCG Industry experience

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good in English both writing and speaking

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

  • Good negotiation & problem solving skills.

  • Work well with others and can work well under pressure

  • Proficient in using all Microsoft Office, advance in google tools is preferable. Other computer skills i.e. SAP APO, Tableau
