As the E2E Service Procurement Manager, you will be the strategic lead behind the end-to-end indirect value chain for Hill’s Pet Nutrition ANZ - a proud part of the Colgate-Palmolive family.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Lead strategic sourcing, risk mitigation, and vendor management across the comprehensive E2E services footprint, acting as the subject matter expert for the warehousing and logistics category.

  • Network Efficiency & Logistics: Drive efficiency and resilience in the logistics network, overseeing Freight, Warehousing, and Co-packing to ensure seamless market delivery.

  • Cross-Functional & Regional Impact: Participate in cross-functional task forces, regional project optimization, and division-led sourcing initiatives to influence broader procurement categories and business simplification strategies.

  • KPIs & Governance: Accountable for Services Procurement KPIs (collaborating with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics), ensuring full compliance with spending thresholds, mandates, and SOX requirements.

  • Stakeholder & Supplier Relationships: Build robust internal and external strategic business relationships, driving supplier innovation, continuous improvement, and effective change management.

 

Required Education, Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management, with a deep understanding of warehousing, logistics, freight and co-packing.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree or professional qualifications such as MCIPS/CIPS highly regarded).

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in ERP and procurement systems (SAP and Ariba) and data analytics tools.

  • Core Competencies: Proven expertise in end-to-end RFx processes, complex commercial negotiations, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis, and stakeholder management.

  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on project execution.
