Trainee in Retail Marketing
We are looking for a multi-task person with very good communication and organizational skills with a sense for detail and good computer skills. Candidate should have a very good level of English as the communication in English will be part of his daily job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Category & Consumer understanding and market mapping (Nielsen data, Focus Reporting)

Active participation in building local activation plans for shoppers and retailers (contests, gifts management, etc.)

Support of ongoing projects (brand equity programs, internal events, day to day project management)
-
Preparation of documents/presentations for regional marketing in Poland (in ENG)
-
Preparation of documents/presentations for meetings with customers
-
Cooperation with BTL agencies (preparation and creation of POS materials, coordination of events / sales promotions)
-
Translation of TV / digital ads, marketing texts, websites, artworks, etc. (from English to Czech / Slovak)

Communication with regional team (PL) on daily basis

Administration of external warehouse

Close cooperation with the sales team and the rest of the commercial team (logistics, finance, customer service, etc.)

Ad hoc administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor or master degree

Good computer skills

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of Google tools (Slides, Docs, Sheets) as advantage

Analytical skills, sense for details & accuracy

Proactivity, good communication and organizational skills

Creative mindset

English – fluent, Czech / Slovak - native
