MARKETING TRAINEE

Marketing Trainee is an active member and support of the marketing team for Hills Central Eastern Europe organization with a focus on learning and supporting activities related to digital marketing.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Management of Hillspet.com websites across the countries:

  • Implementation of new web pages and updates and articles

  • Reporting bugs, amends and follow-up with global team

  • Tracking of performance and implementation of corrective actions plans

  • Local websites audits 

  • Proofreading with distributor

  • Coordinating SEO-optimisation of the websites

 

Management and follow-up of social media activities:

  • Coordination of social bundle calendar and implementation

  • Tracking of performance and implementation of corrective actions plans

  • Social media audits

  • Benchmarking and roll-out of best practices

  • Follow-up with distributor on quarterly performance

  • Coordination of the vendor payments

 

Coordination of Paid Search campaigns:

  • Proofreading campaigns with distributor

  • Tracking results of paid search campaigns

 

Distributors:

  • Frequent contact with distributors to help them with various projects related to website, social and search

  • Oversee the status of the digital KPIs

 

Paid Media & Search - CZ:

  • Managing of creative assets, preparing of missing assets with local graphic designer for CZ

  • Campaign assets, keywords and ads proofreader for CZ

 

Shelter campaigns - CZ:

  • Localization of regional shelter campaign, regular status update and coordination with CZ team and our partners, preparation of all assets to share with shelters and vets

  • Ideas for local campaigns and it’s realizations

 

Expected Areas of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • English language on C1 level

  • Previous internship/experience in marketing 

  • Interest in digital marketing

  • Very good communication and presentation skills

  • Positive and proactive approach
