Key Account Manager eCommerce

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute annual business plans for Key eCommerce players and pet customers, ensuring alignment with overall customer strategies;
- Drive sales performance by implementing plans to achieve objectives and targets within the E-Commerce channel;
- Lead commercial negotiations to implement Terms and Conditions that secure profitable growth for both the company and our partners;
- Manage P&L and budgets, including GTN and A&P, while calculating business cases and ROI for all promotional and marketing investments;
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing to implement Shopper Marketing solutions, Digital Marketing activities, and Co-op advertising to build brand equity;
- Analyze financial performance and market trends to provide feedback for the Country Commercial Business Planning process;
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, CS&L, and Marketing to support business needs and represent the company as a strategic partner of choice.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree;
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Customer Development/Sales, with at least 2-3 years specifically managing Key Accounts in eCommerce;
- Excellent command of English and Local Language (written and spoken) to thrive in a multinational environment;
- Strong financial acumen, with proven skills in calculating account profitability and managing trade spend budgets;
- Expert negotiation and presentation building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders;
- Data-driven decision maker with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and tools;
- Team player who is consumer-focused, reliable with deadlines, and open to collaborative feedback.
