CRM Trainee

 

The CRM Trainee will be integral in project management, campaign analysis, and supporting test-and-learn initiatives to improve CRM strategies. They will facilitate communication between CRM managers, digital managers, and the agency to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed on time. Additionally, the trainee will monitor campaign performance, provide insightful recommendations, and assist with A/B testing. They will also participate in test-and-learn initiatives, proposing new project opportunities and methods for data acquisition to enhance CRM efforts.

 

This is a great opportunity to learn and expand their knowledge of SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), as well as other tools that are crucial for a digital experience and development.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

 

Project management support

They will act as a bridge between the CRM managers, digital managers, and the agency, ensuring seamless communication and smooth project flow. The individual will guarantee that all necessary elements are available, respond to Jira tickets, and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure timeline adherence. This role will rely on close collaboration with both internal teams and external agency to meet deadlines and deliver project milestones efficiently, keeping the grid updated

 

Campaign Results Monitoring

Although the CRM intern is not directly responsible for analytics or metrics, they will play a crucial role in monitoring campaign results. The individual will support tracking the performance of campaigns and providing recommendations or observations based on these results. This person is expected to be proactive, eager to learn, and assist CRM managers with A/B testing and other strategies to optimize overall performance.

 

Co-lead Test & Learn Initiatives

Support CRM managers and country digital leads in test-and-learn initiatives. Although these initiatives will be led by the CRM manager, the trainee will have the opportunity to support and learn from them. The individual may also propose opportunities for new projects, territories, and first-party (1P) data acquisition by suggesting innovative methods to enhance the CRM strategy and execution.

 

Expected Areas of Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus but not required.

  • Strong curiosity or interest in web development.

  • Basic knowledge of Web development, SEO, and general digital marketing,

  • Knowledge of digital strategies and trends

  • Strong initiative and results oriented

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, particularly with diverse cultures
