Sell ​​the Company's products in accordance with a customer visit plan and quotas in your area, carrying out planning with the aim of generating sales optimization in accounts and developing customers' potential; Stay up to date on pricing policies. stock and promotions to provide yourself with information that will support you in negotiations.
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily customer visit activities; analyzing the needs of each account, seeking to reach quotas
  • Keep up to date with pricing, stock and promotion policies to provide yourself with information that will support you in negotiations;
  • Monitor changes and launches of new products in order to understand all the characteristics and benefits of each product;
  • Monitor the competition's strategies and promotions, reporting to management.
  • Good execution of the 5Ps in medium and large customers.
  • Implement quarterly plans at Top Retailers, innovating actions that guarantee volume, correct assortment and visibility.
  • Develop actions aimed at increasing the numerical distribution and volume of focus products.
  • Training and coaching of distributor and wholesale sales teams.
  • Periodically report customer results via reports and presentations.
  • Control of customers current accounts.

 
Basic requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (diploma)
  • Progressive experience in the commercial area
  • Basic English
  • Office/Google Suite

 
Preferred qualifications include:

  • Presentation techniques
  • Knowledge in Nielsen, Neogrid, Scanntech.
