About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain excellence? We are looking for a dynamic Plant Procurement Specialist to drive our sourcing strategy and elevate our plant's operational efficiency. In this role, you won't just buy materials; you will be the bridge between global division goals and local execution, optimizing inventories, leading cost-saving projects, and building powerful supplier partnerships.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love data-driven negotiation, and want to make a tangible impact on production and global procurement projects, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead effective negotiations for local and imported materials to secure top-tier market conditions (price, quality, and delivery terms) and develop long-term segment strategies.

  • Supplier Management: Build, monitor, and evaluate vendor performance through corporate programs (ESM) and Supplier Scorecards, resolving delivery or quality issues in alignment with the Quality team.

  • Cost-Savings & Innovation: Generate and execute high-impact saving initiatives (FTG) utilizing digital procurement e-tools (e-auctions, e-savings) to drive standardization.

  • Inventory & Launch Coordination: Collaborate with Planning and Manufacturing to optimize raw material/packaging inventories and ensure flawless, on-time product launches.

  • Process Execution & Digital Sourcing: Manage bidding and quotation processes via corporate systems like SAP E-Sourcing, ensuring full compliance with internal guidelines.

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Own the material standard cost book, update SAP, and deliver key monthly performance metrics (PPV, quarterly standard costs, KPIs, and cost projections).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP and digital tools (Google Suite, advanced Excel, and familiarity with AI productivity tools).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or specialized certification in Supply Chain/Procurement is a plus.

  • Proven track record in high-stakes negotiations (with suppliers and internal stakeholders).

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
