We are seeking a skilled Social & Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, channel strategy, influencer strategy, content calendar, and managing paid media. The Social Media Manager will also lead and coordinate with agencies to ensure the seamless execution of all social media initiatives. The focus of this role will also be on planning and monitoring of search and website initiatives.
This position will have a unique opportunity to become a digital guardian of online digital touchpoints across brands and categories to drive digital transformation in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Social media and Influencers: plan and monitor ongoing presence on social media

Together with the marketing team define a social media strategy aligned with the brand goals

Identify and create strategies for all relevant social media channels
-
Lead and guide the agency partner to strategize, define, plan and execute all social media activities across different brands, audiences, channels, tactics.

Partner with the media team to define the best approach for paid social media strategies & investments.

Identify opportunity and activate insights from social listening.

Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, platform updates and algorithm changes

Execute local influencers/PR strategy, collaborating with brand marketing and retail marketing teams.

Manage budgets, campaigns and performance optimization for social media advertising

Data Driven marketing: leverage web analytics and ROI to strengthen our presence omni-channel

Set up priorities, goals and budget recommendation.

Owning KPIs across key digital platforms and recommending action plan.

Drive omni-channel approach: collaborate with key stakeholders to build cross channels brand experience fueled by data.

Map shopper journey to leverage synergy (i.e. if there is a specific promotion ensure it is reflected in the rest of our plans).

Site and SEM/SEO: strive for a strong visibility, traffic and engagement

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure images, copy, website links, content etc. are all correct and locally relevant.

Activate value added features such as promo banners, contents, buy now buttons and chatbot tech.

Together with a partner agency, work on backlinks recommendation, offsite strategy and cross channels integration.

Improve search efficiencies: coordinate and execute LCP (lead, compete, participate) strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders .

Manage the paid search plans (add copy, key words, landing page, performance) together with the Hub Digital Mgr and agency to ensure we win in search.

On-going assessment of performance against competition and benchmarks; identify key gaps and opportunities

Contribute and activate integrated Brand Experience Calendar
Requirements:
-
3+ years of experience in a similar role
-
Strong understanding of social media platforms (meta, tik tok etc), their algorithms, and best practices.
-
Experience managing successful digital/social campaigns, and a good understanding of social marketing.
-
Experience with influencer marketing and managing paid media campaigns.
-
Solid understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Content Marketing, PPC (Pay Per Click) and digital analytics.
-
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
-
Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.

Project management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio), AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Jira, Similarweb

Language: proficiency in Greek and English is mandatory
