What You’ll Do:

- Contribute in the publication strategy for CP Skin Health (Filorga, EltaMD and PCA SKIN) 

  • Contribute in running the publication grids for the 3 brands
  • Publications include trade show/conferences submissions and peer- reviewed journal publications 
  • Identifying any data gaps in the grid - work with multiple teams to try to fill those gaps
  • Support the Scientific Affairs Manager on abstract and final content development (posters, oral talks, peer-reviewed publications) and ensure proper submission process is being followed.

- Support Scientific Affairs Manager in conference participation planning and execution 

  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with country/commercial teams for proper execution of conferences
  • Coordinate the production of Scientific Content for healthcare professionals
  • Support in the launch and the monitoring of clinical case studies 

- Contribute to the development of content to drive professional engagement: scientific and medical brochures, newsletters, events highlights, white papers, etc. 

- Liaise with our lead KOLs and scientific committee and Global scientific Advisory boards

  • Support & coordinate two annual committees meetings for Skin Health and Filorga
  • Capture all notes and arrange the alignment of forward action discussions with R&D and the brand.
  • Facilitate ad hoc meetings according to the needs of internal teams
  • Support in regional medical events/congresses in close collaboration with countries
  • Identifying additional opportunities for the brands: Societies for collaboration, networking, etc.
  • Professional outreach activities and organize launch events and report workshops with professionals

 

Profile We’re Looking For:

  • Scientific background: master in biology, formulation, ideally PhD in biology
  • At least 3 years experience in a scientific affairs role preferably in skin health
  • Cross functional collaboration with other departments at a global level to determine long term solutions: marketing, sales, legal, regulatory
  • Bilingual in English & French 
  • High comfort level with operating in various cultural environments
  • High level of attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
  • Business acumen
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence others for maximum effectiveness
  • Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment
