The Demand and Replenishment Planner is the central coordination point of demand planning and replenishment for all affiliates/subsidiaries. Lead global Filorga Supply strategies with local DPs to achieve operational excellence (DPA / inventory / monthly discipline), Challenge the relevance of data with local DPs.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the replanning of finished products by affiliate to ensure the excellent level of the demand planning process (associated KPIs)
  • Focus primarily on guaranteeing agreed service levels, ensuring that affiliates have the necessary availability of finished products.
  • Analyze inventory optimization opportunities, keeping SLOB volumes and inventory below targets.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes and systems in the Demand Planning Of affiliates 
  • Oversee the control of assortment for active products, promotional plan,  samples, testers, as well as future launches and discontinuations.
  • Achieve synchronization between demand and supply, ensuring continuous communication. 
  • Feasibility study with the SC department of additional requests issued by affiliates  
  • Quota management and affiliate information
  • Maintain system parameters appropriately for correct product planning.
  • Prepare monthly meetings with affiliates ( Deviation analysis , risk + opportunities) and aligning plans with the local team.

 

Main Requirements for the candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering SC , Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Advanced English required
  • Good French skills preferred 
  • Strong collaborative mindset
  • Advanced analytical skills
