Job Summary

Are you passionate about oral health and scientific innovation? As an Oral Care Consultant (OCC), you will be the face of Colgate Pharma, acting as the vital link between our cutting-edge research and dental professionals. Your mission is to build the Colgate demand generation model, ensuring our professional products become an essential part of every dental practice within your territory.

You will manage a dedicated geographic area, fostering long-term partnerships with dental offices and effectively communicating the science behind our technologies to drive recommendations and sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with dental practices and key accounts to influence business results and product recommendations.

  • Demand Generation: Educate dentists and their staff on the clinical benefits and scientific technology of Colgate’s professional line to drive patient-side demand.

  • Territory Optimization: Categorize and prioritize dental offices within your territory to maximize coverage and ensure high-frequency, high-impact consulting visits.

  • Strategic Execution: Use data-driven tools to analyze territory performance and optimize visit schedules.

  • Sampling & Distribution: Leverage sales force resources to maximize product sampling and brand visibility through face-to-face interactions.


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (visiting doctors/healthcare professionals) is essential.

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the oral health or pharmaceutical sector.

  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal).

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Dynamic Presentation Skills: Ability to present scientific data clearly and persuasively to professional audiences.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and respond quickly to shifts in the internal or external dental environment.

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate complex professional environments and build immediate rapport with practitioners.
