Job Summary
As a Field Executive supporting the Colgate Professional Oral Care team, you are a pivotal frontline executive responsible for execution and relationship management within your territory. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with dental professionals, clinics, and stockists to build loyalty and advocacy for Colgate, directly impacting key performance indicators across reach, availability, and conversion.
What You Will Do
The Field Executive's duties are focused on four core pillars:
1. Dentist Reach & Relationship Management

Establish and nurture strategic relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and key opinion leaders in assigned territory to secure Colgate product prescriptions and generate revenue through direct dental office sales

Adhere to coverage and frequency norms of visits to dental clinics to drive product awareness, education, and top-of-mind recall for the Colgate brand.

Support company employees in representing Colgate professionally at local dental conventions, association meetings, and community events to build our network and presence.

Manage the effective distribution of product samples, marketing materials, and educational resources directly to dental practices.

Proactively identify and develop new Dental Clinic partners within the territory to expand Colgate's footprint beyond the established network.
2. Chemist, Stockist & Supply Chain Management

Drive sales revenue by managing and coordinating with direct/indirect stockists, dental dealers, and partner pharmacies to ensure a robust supply chain.

Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across all relevant channels, particularly our therapeutic products in pharmacies and dental supply stores.

Actively generate demand for our professional product portfolio to achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Monitor stock levels and collaborate with channel partners to prevent out-of-stock situations.
3. In-Clinic Excellence & Patient Conversion

Actively engage with Dentists to ensure Colgate products are prominently displayed, well-understood, and actively recommended to patients.

Focus on converting professional recommendations into tangible patient prescriptions and product usage within the clinic setting.

Act as the go-to expert on Colgate's oral health products, providing in-clinic demonstrations and answering technical questions to drive adoption and confidence.

Execute in-clinic marketing and support plans flawlessly to strengthen Colgate's position as the most recommended brand.
4. Operational Duties

Diligent use and update of our CRM system (e.g., C4C-SAP Marketing Cloud) to log field activities, track progress against targets, and report on market intelligence.

Prepare and submit regular, clear reports on field activities, sales performance, and competitor actions to management.

Comply with all company policies and standards.

Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Provide high-quality market intelligence to Management on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging trends in the Professional Oral Care space.
5. Learning & Development (L&D)

Continuous Learning: Actively participate in mandatory and ongoing training programs focused on new oral health science, product launches, clinical data, and advanced selling skills.

Skill Enhancement: Take ownership of personal development, seeking coaching and feedback to enhance technical knowledge, presentation capabilities, and territory management efficiency.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (BDS), Science, Pharmacy, Health Science, or a related business field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Medical Detailing, Field Sales, or a similar relationship-based sales role (experience in Dental, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical sales is highly advantageous).

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to work independently, ownership of a geography under supervision, and achieve sales targets.

Strong resilience and target-driven mindset with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

Language: Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Office suite or Google Workspace tools.

Experience using a CRM system for sales tracking and reporting.
