Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
Developing strategic supply chain solutions and leading high-stakes negotiations, you will drive the end-to-end procurement of Supply Services—including Facility, MRO, and Capital equipment—to power our operational excellence. In this dynamic role, you will own category strategies, manage key supplier partnerships, and accelerate our Global Procurement digital transformation. You will influence critical business decisions and champion innovative sourcing processes directly impacting plant performance and cost optimization.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute long-range sourcing strategies, category management plans, and spend analytics for Indirect Supply Services to consistently achieve savings and simplification goals.

Direct and manage strategic sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, Forward/Reverse Auctions) utilizing Ariba eSourcing and standardizing digital procurement processes.

Lead end-to-end supplier relationship management (SRM), monitoring contract compliance, vendor performance, and mitigating procurement risks in alignment with global governance policies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with key global and regional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into efficient procurement and spot-request solutions.

Drive digital transformation and process improvements by adopting new ways of working and upholding FEED (Focus, Empowered, Experimental, Digital) principles.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 4years of hands-on experience in sourcing with a focus on Indirect Procurement.

Direct technical proficiency and operational experience using SAP and Ariba Procurement systems (eSourcing, PR approvals, catalogs).
Preferred Qualifications:

Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, relationship-building, and business analysis skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Strong negotiation tactics with a proven ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and strategic control in high-pressure business settings.

Demonstrated project management capability to effectively prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple complex initiatives concurrently.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
