Role Summary/Purpose

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior AI Domain Expert & App Developer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of our next-generation AI-driven automation systems. In this hybrid role, you will act as both a Solutions Architect and a Scrum Master, bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities and practical business applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to run feasibility studies, establish robust AI governance, and build frameworks that seamlessly integrate Agentic workflows, RPA, and human oversight. Ultimately, you will guide the implementation team to deliver robust, secure, and highly optimized system solutions across core business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Define, build, and scale overarching architectures for hybrid automation solutions, orchestrating complex workflows utilizing AI Agentic tools (for Agentic automation flows), UiPath (for RPA), and Intelligent Agents.

  • Agile Leadership & Facilitation (Scrum Master): Act as the Scrum Master for the delivery team—managing sprints, removing technical blockers, and conducting rigorous code/design reviews to ensure development teams adhere to best practices.

  • Governance & AI Guardrails: Define, update, and enforce development standards around AI guardrails, data privacy, compliance, and risk mitigation protocols to handle challenges like model drift or exception management.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Feasibility: Partner with business leaders to conduct feasibility studies, process documentation, RFPs/RFQs, and estimations, successfully translating ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps.

  • Post-Implementation & HITL Management: Monitor and maintain automations post-deployment, investigating and documenting advanced methodologies for Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) exception management and critical decision validations.

Required Qualifications :

  • Architectural Experience: 8+ years of work experience in a Solution Design and Architect role centered around enterprise automation or complex software implementations.

  • Automation & Low-Code Tech: 5+ years of hands-on experience with leading automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI Center, Action Centre, Document Understanding) and low-code/orchestration and agentic platforms (such as Retool for Agentic flows).

  • AI Domain & Integration Mastery: Deep proficiency in an automation-first mindset, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, building workflow-based frameworks, and developing APIs to bridge modern AI tools with legacy enterprise systems.

  • Agile Frameworks & Process Delivery: Solid experience acting comfortably in a Scrum Master role running sprints, managing deliverables, handling architectural evaluations, and assigning tasks based on developer skill sets.

  • Core Competencies: Proven experience architecting Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems, with the exceptional ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Engineering Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / Master's) in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

  • Professional Certifications: AI / Agentic Automation Certified Professional, Solution Architect Certification, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / equivalent Agile credential.

  • Technical Versatility: Advanced knowledge or exposure to modern machine learning infrastructure, cloud platforms, Python, or API gateways.

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated capability to balance technical architecture responsibilities with servant-leadership, drive continuous improvement, and proactively manage long-term data governance strategies.
