Title: GIT GSSO SC Procurement  -  Sr. Business Specialist

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose

We are seeking an analytically rigorous and tech-savvy Senior Business Specialist specializing in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Integrated Cost Planning. In this role, member will be the bridge between complex financial strategy and enterprise technology, designing models that provide a granular, driver-based view of our global cost structures.

Responsibilities :

Architect, develop, and maintain multi-dimensional TM1 cubes, complex dimensions, attributes, hierarchies, and subsets optimized for corporate cost planning.

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced TM1 Rules (.rux) for real-time cost allocations and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for secure ETL data operations.

Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards, input templates, and executive reports using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx).

Monitor system performance, implement multi-threading configurations, and optimize rule execution paths to handle large-scale financial data.

Required  Qualifications :

IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer/architect. Deep mastery of TI Processes, Rules, PAW, and PAx is required.

Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of relational database design, data warehousing, and ETL structures. 

Proven ability to translate qualitative business drivers into quantitative, formulaic model logic.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Concrete understanding of how AI capabilities (Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) integrate with SAP architectures to drive  automation.

Preferred Qualifications :

IBM Certified Developer or Administrator – IBM Planning Analytics / TM1.

Experience in complex global manufacturing, supply chain, or high-scale technology sectors where unit cost economics are critical.
