Job Summary:

• This role will work closely with central sales teams to support daily operations, analysis, and reporting & tracking. Looking for smart individuals with learning agility and a high sense of ownership. 
• Past experience in FMCG is preferred 

Main Responsibilities:

•    Collect and compile data from various stakeholders.
•    Ensure the accuracy and completeness of by reconciling discrepancies.
•    Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights
•    Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making
•    Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to track performance of different KPIs
•    Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
•    Develop and implement efficient processes for data collection, validation, and analysis
•    Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement

Preferred Requirements:

• Graduation

Must-Have:

•  Hands-on expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets
•  3-5 yrs experience in MIS and Reporting
•  Excellent reporting and dashboarding skills
•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•  Good written and oral communication skills

Preferred:

•   Past experience in FMCG
•   Expertise in Visualisation / Dashboarding 
•   Familiarity with programming languages, such as VBA, for data manipulation and automation
